USEF High School Equestion Program


Info for high school equestrian athletes.....



Are YOU a High School Equestrian Athlete?


If so, why not sign up for a program that gives you the recognition you deserve?

The USEF High School Equestrian Athlete program provides young equestrians the opportunity to earn a varsity letter in equestrian – just like any other high school sport!

What do I need to do?

  • Ride at least 100 hours each year
  • Participate in three competitions each year
  • Be a high school student and member of USEF
  • Apply for the program online here or by sending in the attached application form
  • Program cost is $10 per year with active membership to USEF

What will I earn?

  • Varsity letterman patch
  • Annual pin with stars to designate completed years
  • Certificate commemorating your achievement
  • Recognition from the National Governing Body of Equestrian Sport in the United States that can be listed on college applications
  • Notification to high school administrators of your achievement if requested
  • Access to exclusive USEF High School Equestrian Athlete Merchandise
