A Reminder: Dr. Michelle Gardner Presentation on Equine Vaccines

The Rowan Advisory Council for Equine 4-H Clubs (R.A.C.E 4-H) will be hosting Dr. Michelle Gardner of Large Animal Medicine & Surgery for a presentation on Equine Vaccinations. The presentation will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 and will begin at 7 pm at the Rowan County Extension Building, 2727A Old Concord Road, Salisbury, NC 28146. This presentation is FREE and open to the public. All we ask is that you bring a large jar of peanut butter per person as a donation to Rowan Helping Ministries. They have specifically asked for peanut butter! The presentation should last about an hour to 90 minutes. You must RSVP to Sara Drake, 4-H Agent at 704-216-8970 or at sadrake@ncsu.edu no later than Monday, January 27th. Hope to see you there!

I-85 North, Exit 74, Julian Road, At top of ramp, turn left onto Julian Rd. At the intersection, turn left onto Jake Alexander Blvd/ 601 South. Follow for 6 miles until road ends. Turn Left on 601, go about 1 mile, turn Right on East Ridge Rd. Ellis Park Event Center is 2 miles on left. (Do NOT turn left at the Ellis Park sign- (ball fields). I-40 Mocksville, NC, Exit 170 for US-601 toward Mocksville/Yadkinville. (Go 0.3 mi) Turn onto US-601/Yadkinville Rd towards Mocksville. (Go 1.4 mi) Turn left at Yadkinville Rd.
